Problems solved by technology

[0003] The total saponins of Panax notoginseng are poorly absorbed in the gastrointestinal tract, and the saponins only undergo a slight hydrolysis reaction under the action of gastric juice. Under the action of enzymes or bacteria in the intestinal juice, the metabolites gradually break the glycosidic bonds and degrade into rare saponins to truly exert their pharmacological effects. , which not only increases the gastrointestinal burden, but also reduces the bioavailability
[0005] The main function of Panax notoginseng is to prevent and treat stroke, while the culture of Monascus is mainly used to prevent and treat hyperlipidemia and hypercholesterolemia. Both of them are specific drugs for preventing and treating cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, but in terms of indications each with its own characteristics
The above invention content has no relevant research reports at home and abroad

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for biotransformation of Panax notoginseng (Burk.) F. H. Chen medicinal materials by using Monascus purpureus. The method mainly comprises the following operating steps of: 1) preparation of Monascus purpureus strains; 2) preparation of Panax notoginseng (Burk.) F. H. Chen culture medium; and 3) fermentation and culture to obtain fermentation products containing active components, product post-treatment and detection of major efficacy components. By using the method for fermenting the Panax notoginseng (Burk.) F. H. Chen by using the Monascus purpureus provided by the invention and by directly using Panax notoginseng (Burk.) F. H. Chen raw medicinal materials as fermentation substrate, through one-step fermentation process, medicinal components, i.e. Panax notoginseng (Burk.) F. H. Chen and Monascus purpureus are simultaneously obtained, the culture is enabled to have dual effects of the Panax notoginseng (Burk.) F. H. Chen and the Monascus purpureus, the products contain lovastatin which is a lipid-decreasing active component according to experiments, the type and the content of saponin are obviously changed, and rare saponin with higher pharmacological activity is produced.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for biotransformation of notoginseng medicinal materials by monascus, and a product containing active ingredients can be obtained through the method. Background technique [0002] Panax notoginseng[ Panax notoginseng (Burk.) F. H. Chen] is a plant of the Araliaceae genus Panax, mainly produced in Yunnan, and its main active ingredient is Panax notoginseng saponins ( Panax notoginseng saponins, PNS). So far, more than 70 kinds of ginsenosides have been isolated from Panax notoginseng, all of which are dammarane-type tetracyclic triterpene saponins. According to its saponin type, it can be subdivided into two types: 20(S)-protopanaxadiol [20(S)-protopanaxadiol] and 20(S)-protopanaxatriol [20(S)-protopanaxatriol] . Protopanaxadiol saponins include Rb1, Rb2, Rc, Rd, Rh2, Rg3, Rb3, C-K, PPD; protopanaxatriol saponins include Rg1, Rg2, Re, R1, Rh1, F1, PPT. Among the natural saponins, Rg1, Rb1, Rd, R1, Rc, Re are the ...
