The synthesis device comprises a multiple trimethylolpropane derivative acrylic ester synthesis device and a water-borne chain extender preparation and UV water-borne polyurethane synthesis device, the trimethylolpropane derivative acrylic ester synthesis device comprises an esterification device, a water washing device and a distilling device, the bottom of the esterification device is connected with the upper portion of the water washing device through a pipeline, the lower portion of the water washing device is connected with the upper portion of the distilling device through the pipeline, the UV water-borne polyurethane synthesis device comprises a first vacuum pump, a first reacting kettle and a deionized water tank, one side of the upper portion of the first reacting kettle is connected with the deionized water tank through the pipeline, and the other side of the upper portion of the first reacting kettle is connected with the first vacuum pump through the pipeline.
