Problems solved by technology

[0007] (1) Radioimmunoassay: This method has been widely used in various fields of biomedicine. It has the advantages of simple operation and low cost, but its serious radioactive pollution and low sensitivity limit its application.
[0008] (2) Enzyme immunoassay assay method: This method has the characteristics of simple preparation, long validity period, and no pollution to the environment, and has been rapidly popularized and developed. However, the signal time is short due to the easy inactivation of the enzyme, which reduces the efficiency of the method. Sensitivity and reproducibility
[0009] (3) Chemiluminescence immunoassay assay: This method has the advantages of high sensitivity, strong selectivity, good reproducibility, and easy operation. After a chemical reaction, the luminescence of the sample cannot be reproduced
