Abstract

The invention discloses a method and a die for precisely forming an asymmetric high-web complex-section workpiece. The method comprises the following steps of: blanking; upset-extruding forming; compound diversion forming, namely precisely forming an upset-extruding forming blank by use of a compound diversion die; and thermal treatment and external surface machining. The die is characterized in that a male die and an upper template are connected together; the upper template is provided with a male die fastening bolt; a female die heightening ring is fixedly arranged on a female die by virtue of a female die heightening ring fastening bolt and a heightening ring locating pin; the female die and a lower template are connected together; the lower template is provided with a female die fastening bolt; and a knockout pin is arranged on the lower template and connected with the female die. By utilizing two forming dies provided by the invention, with reference to an asymmetric high-web complex-section aluminium alloy part, weld forming after sheet-metal press working is improved as precise extrusion forming based on a compound die, and mechanisms such as a male die and female die diversion structure, a correction ring diversion structure and a special knockout rod are utilized during the production process, so that the forming die has the advantages that the manufacturing process is shortened, the labor intensity is reduced, the precision is high, the cost is low and the like.
