Abstract

The invention discloses a coordination compound with amino acid ionic liquid as a ligand for a zinc complex, and a preparation method and application thereof. The coordination compound provided in the invention comprises central ions and ligands, wherein the central ions are zinc ions and the ligands are 1-hexyl-methylimidazole L-lysinate. According to the invention, amino acid ionic liquid with L-lysine as anions is used as a novel ligand for the zinc complex in chiral ligand exchange capillary electrophoresis, and therefore, a novel chiral resolution method is established. The ligand has the advantages of good chiral characteristics, low cost and environment friendliness, and the established chiral resolution method is simple to operate and has strong chiral recognition capability and wide application prospects.
