Embodiment Construction

[0021] The mud that sanitary ceramics of the present invention is used mainly forms through ball milling by following each raw material and water mixing:

[0022]

[0023] Wherein, the consumption of water is 40-45wt% of the total amount of the above-mentioned raw materials. In the slurry obtained after ball milling, those with particle size less than 10um account for 65wt%-70wt%.

[0024] The preparation method of the mud that sanitary ceramics is used realizes by following steps:

[0025] A. Prepare raw materials: weigh each raw material according to the following ratio:

[0026]

[0027] B, ball milling: add above-mentioned each raw material in the ball mill, and add the water that consumption is 40-45wt% of the total amount of above-mentioned each raw material and carry out ball milling, obtain mud; Wherein, the grinding ball of ball mill adopts high alumina ball, the lining of ball mill The high aluminum lining is used to reduce the impact of the wear of the grind...

Abstract

The invention discloses mud for sanitary ceramics and a mud preparation process. The mud is mainly made of multiple raw materials and water by means of mixing and ball milling. The raw materials include 30-50wt% of water washed kaolin, 10-20wt% of weathered feldspar, 15-25wt% of pyrophyllite, 20-30wt% of sericite, 0.1-4wt% of wollastonite and 0.1-4wt% of calcined talc, and usage of water is 40-45wt% of the amount of the raw materials. The pyrophyllite, the water washed kaolin, the wollastonite and the calcined talc which have low-temperature sintering characteristics and the sericite and the weathered feldspar which have high high-temperatuare fusibility are used as the raw materials, and by means of the reasonable proportion, high-temperature components SiO2+Al2O3 of mud can be controlled within a low range, MgO, CaO,K2O and Na2O which are high in fusibility are increased, and the components with granularity smaller than 10um in the mud account for 65wt%-70wt%, so that the mud can be easily sintered. Compared with the prior art, the mud has the advantages that the mud can be formed by sintering at a low temperature (1150 DEG C), so that energy saving and consumption reduction are realized.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of sanitary ceramics, in particular to mud for sanitary ceramics and a preparation process thereof. Background technique [0002] Sanitary ceramics are glazed ceramic products used in toilets, kitchens, laboratories and other places, also known as sanitary ware. Sanitary ceramics are generally made of clay and other inorganic non-metallic materials after molding and high-temperature sintering. They have the advantages of high strength, no water absorption, no water permeability, thermal expansion and cooling shrinkage, and no cracking. However, in the existing sanitary ceramics, the sintering temperature of the slurry is as high as 1250° C., and the energy consumption in the sintering process is relatively large. Contents of the invention [0003] The purpose of the present invention is to provide a slurry for sanitary ceramics with low sintering temperature, energy saving and consumption reduction.
