Abstract

The briquette is prepared by steam curing. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: (1) after uniformly mixing the pulverized coal, the modified sodium silicate and the waterborne epoxy resin according to a certain ratio, adding water to be uniformly mixed and carrying out compression moulding to form a briquette semi-finished product; and (2) after standing the briquette semi-finished product for 1 to 2 hours, feeding the briquette semi-finishing product into a steam curing kettle, heating to the temperature of 90 to 100 DEG C, stopping heating after keeping for 6 to 8 hours and discharging the obtained product out of the kettle after stopping heating for 2 hours.
