Problems solved by technology
[0005] The plastic products used in this packaging process are all from petrochemical routes, which are not green products, and the thermal bonding method is energy-consuming and time-consuming
Another bigger problem is that on the one hand, we use solar cells to overcome the energy problem that fossil energy is about to be exhausted. On the other hand, when packaging solar cells to become energy tools, we still rely on petroleum-based chemical plastics and waste materials. capable process, this contradiction needs to be resolved urgently

Abstract
The invention discloses a tung oil based material for solar battery packaging and a packaging method and application thereof. The tung oil based material is prepared through the following components by weight percentage according to the component combination: 10-99% of tung oil based resin, 0-90% of industrial resin, 0.1-20% of initiator and 0-20% of additives. The tung oil based material is fast cured in a light induced or heat induce cross-linking method to be used for packaging solar batteries. The tung oil based material is adopted to replace a petroleum-based polymer material to be used in packaging of photovoltaic products, and consumption of petroleum resources and energy in solar battery packaging are reduced. The tung oil based material has the advantages of being wide in sources, friendly in environment, easy and convenient to prepare, energy-saving and convenient to operate, and has wide application prospect.
Description
technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of photovoltaic product packaging, and relates to a tung oil-based material for solar cell packaging. Background technique [0002] Faced with the energy shortage that has affected people's livelihood and economic development, the fossil energy we have relied on for a long time will be exhausted in the next 100 to 200 years. People are trying to find low-carbon or zero-carbon new energy and production technologies. In the way, due to its inexhaustible nature, solar energy is expected to become the main energy source for human beings in the next fifty years. In 2010, the total installation of solar power in the world was about 18GW, while the total production of solar cells in China was about 10GW in the same year, both of which are growing rapidly; solar cell packaging technology has become one of the key technologies for the development of this emerging industry of solar energy . [0003] In the current industry, t...
