Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of municipal water supply and drainage engineering and environmental engineering, and discloses a method for measuring a formation potential of a novel nitrogen-containing disinfection by-product trichloroacetamide in drinking water. The method comprises the following steps of: determining the pH value of a culturing solution, determining the adding amount of chlorine and the culturing time, and measuring the concentration of the generated trichloroacetamide, wherein the step of determining the pH value of the culturing solution comprises the following steps of: controlling the temperature of the culturing solution at 23+ / -2 DEG C and experimenting without lights, and utilizing acid or alkali to adjust the pH value of the culturing solution to 4-6 under the condition that the adding amount of the trichloroacetamide is 0.5 micromole / liter; and the step of determining the adding amount of the chlorine and the culturing time comprises the following steps of: measuring values of soluble organic nitrogen and ammonia nitrogen in a water sample and calculating the adding amount of C12, and culturing for 3 days. According to the special method which is applicable to measuring the formation potential of the trichloroacetamide, established by the invention, the precursor level of the trichloroacetamide can be sufficiently represented and effective source control of the TCAcAm (Trichloroacetamide) can be carried out on water supply plants, thus the safety of the drinking water is improved.
