The preparation method comprises preparation of rubber, processing on the roller core, shaping and vulcanizing. In comparison with the existing technology, the acid-base proof rubber cladding layer is prepared by new formula materials and can keep the original physical performance after a long time stay in the acid-base bath lotion such that the cylinder of a conveyor can be used in acid-base and chemicals environment for a long time.
