Abstract

The preparation method comprises the following steps of: weighing the raw materials according to the parts by weight; then pouring the styrene-acrylic resins, ethanolamine and water into the material cylinder of a ball mill, and milling for 5-20 minutes to fully mix and dissolve and obtain an emulsion; then pouring the carbon black powder into the material cylinder, and milling with the ball mill for 2-2.5 hours to disperse so that the emulsion and the carbon black powder are sufficiently mixed to obtain slurry; and finally drying the slurry using a dryer to obtain the solid black sheet.
