Problems solved by technology

However, the existing medical ultrasonic coupling agents generally do not have the function of disinfection and sterilization, which leads to the failure of the ultrasonic probe to reach the disinfection level, which violates the national requirements for the use of medical devices in hospitals.
Moreover, in the clinical application of medical ultrasound of the eye, there are still the following technical defects: 1. The traditional medical ultrasonic coupling agent only isolates the air and has no sterilization effect; 2. Most disinfectants are corrosive to the ultrasonic probe and cannot be used. Disinfection; 3. For ocular physiological defects or accidents that cause the coupling agent to enter the eye, it often leads to irritation or infection of the eye, which is not conducive to ophthalmic ultrasound diagnosis and treatment activities
[0004] Although there are a few disinfectant medical ultrasonic coupling agents, their disinfectant formulations are difficult to kill pathogenic microorganisms in about 1 minute
More importantly, because these couplants are not thoroughly sterilized, there are still other pathogenic microorganisms, so they are only suitable for medical ultrasound diagnosis and treatment on intact skin, and may still cause infection inside the eye in the practice of medical ultrasound in ophthalmology
Even individual aseptic-grade sterile medical ultrasonic coupling agents are also used in ocular medical ultrasound practice, but due to frequent eye ultrasound diagnosis and treatment activities, the coupling agent accidentally enters the inside of the eye, causing irritation to the eye, resulting in inflammation of the eye, a large number of Tears, and the osmotic pressure of this coupling agent is inconsistent with that of the eye, which aggravates the irritation to the eyes, so the existing products are not completely conducive to the practice of medical ultrasound diagnosis and treatment of the eye

Abstract

The invention relates to a special sterilizing medical ultrasound couplant for ophthalmology and a preparation method thereof. The couplant comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 0.5-15% of water-soluble chitosan, 1-7% of humectant, 0.5-1.5% of water-soluble high molecular material, 0.1-1% of triethanolamine, 0.6-1.5% of osmotic pressure control material and the balance of distilled water. The preparation method comprises the following steps: respectively dissolving the water-soluble high molecular material, the humectant and osmotic pressure control material, and the water-soluble chitosan and triethanolamine in part of the distilled water to obtain three solutions; and adding the humectant and osmotic pressure control material solution into the water-soluble high molecular material solution while stirring, continuing stirring for 5-30 minutes, supplementing with the rest of the distilled water, and adding the water-soluble chitosan and triethanolamine solution, thus obtaining the medical ultrasound couplant. The medical ultrasound couplant provided by the invention has favorable coupling action on the probe of the ultrasound instrument and the eyelid skin, can not cause sound leakage, can ensure the free motion of the probe and can not easily fall off from the eyelids. The medical ultrasound couplant provided by the invention is simple to prepare and has low cost, thereby being beneficial to industrial production.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a medical ultrasonic coupling agent and a preparation method thereof, in particular to a bactericidal medical ultrasonic coupling agent specially used in ophthalmic medical ultrasonic diagnosis and treatment and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Medical ultrasonic coupling agent is a sound-transmitting medium widely used in medical ultrasonic diagnosis and treatment at present. Its function is to strengthen the coupling between the ultrasonic probe and human skin, isolate the air between the ultrasonic probe and the skin of the examined part, and make the sound wave conduction unaffected. Attenuated by the influence of air to achieve accurate and clear inspection results. [0003] Since the ultrasound probe is in contact with the skin of the subject's body, the disinfection treatment of the ultrasound probe itself becomes very important. However, the existing medical ultrasonic coupling agents general...
