Problems solved by technology

Although the reserves of natural zeolite in my country are large, most of them are only used as primary products. For example, as cement mixture materials, it accounts for 85% of the zeolite output, and most of the rest are used as fillers for paper and other light industrial products. Except Zhejiang University The Institute of Catalysis has successfully prepared a series of organic waste gas incineration catalysts as a catalyst carrier (Zheng Xiaoming, Jin Songshou, etc. CN 1034319A, CN 1034494A), and there are few examples of successful use in the industrialization of fine chemicals

Abstract

The invention relates to the modification technology of natural zeolite material and aims to provide a nitrogen oxide adsorbent prepared through ion exchange modification of the natural zeolite. The adsorbent is prepared through the following step: adding the natural zeolite after dealumnization processing and ammonium exchange processing into metal salt aqueous solution to be subjected to metal ion exchange; and washing, drying and then roasting at the high temperature of 300-600 DEG C for 1-5 hours to obtain the nitrogen oxide adsorbent of modified natural zeolite containing corresponding metal elements, wherein the metal salt is any one of hydrochloride, nitrate, sulfate or oxalate of Na, Ca, K, Ba, Ti, Mn, Ni or Cu. The nitrogen oxide adsorbent prepared through modification of the natural zeolite can be used as an environment function material for adsorbing and purifying the industrial tail gas, flue gas and automobile exhaust containing nitrogen oxide. The nitrogen oxide adsorbent is low in production cost and large in adsorption quantity, and has a broad market prospect as the environment function material.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the modification technology of natural zeolite materials, in particular to a nitrogen oxide adsorbent prepared by ion exchange modification of natural zeolite. Background technique [0002] As human society enters the 21st century, people pay more and more attention to environmental issues. Nitrogen oxide is an important air pollution gas, an important factor in the formation of acid rain and photochemical pollution, and it can also cause harm to human health. It can irritate human eyes, nose, throat and lungs, and easily cause respiratory diseases . There are many ways to remove nitrogen oxides, which can be generally divided into two categories: non-catalytic methods and catalytic methods. Non-catalytic methods are mainly divided into solid absorption method and liquid absorption method. For example, molecular sieve, activated carbon and silica gel are common solid adsorbents, while acid and lye are common liquid adsorbents...
