A production method of the degradable transparent conductive film comprises the following steps of: preparing the degradable polyethylene carrier film by using polyethylene and a photosensitive catalyst; preparing the aluminum oxide transparent conductive film by aluminum chloride used as a raw material and evaporating the degradable polyethylene carrier film and the aluminum oxide transparent conductive film in vacuum to prepare the degradable transparent conductive film. In the invention, the transparent conductive film has the prominent advantages of degradation and no pollution, and the production method of the transparent conductive film is simple and easy to operate, and has the advantages of low cost, energy-saving and environment protection.
