Problems solved by technology

However, the propagation speed of cuttings or grafting is relatively slow, the requirements for female parent materials are high, the dosage is large, and it is also limited by seasons, so it is difficult to carry out large-scale, standardized production and large-scale promotion of fine varieties
In addition, the currently applied breeding methods have high production costs and long cultivation cycles, making it difficult to fix the excellent traits screened.

Embodiment 1

[0035] 1. Selection of explants: When blooming, select plants with many flowers and beautiful plant shape, hard branches, no pests and diseases, and no deformities. Mark the plants, and use the marked plants as spare explant plants; in the morning on a sunny day, choose vigorous growth plants For the young leafy stems of Crabella orchid, use a scalpel to cut off the primary stems with a length of about 3 to 4 cm at the top;

[0036] 2. Rinse the primary stem section in step 1 under tap water for 10 minutes, and then rinse it with conventional washing powder water for 5 minutes. Put the stem section in an ethanol solution with a mass concentration of 70% in a sterile ultra-clean bench for 10 seconds. Rinse twice with bacterial water, then soak for 15 minutes in mercuric chloride with a mass concentration of 0.1%, and soak for 10 minutes in a solution of sodium hypochlorite with a mass concentration of 1.5% plus an appropriate amount of Tween, and finally rinse with sterile water...

Abstract

The invention provides a rapid reproduction method of schlumbergera seedlings. The method comprises the following steps: inoculating a selected, disinfected and sterilized schlumbergera explant onto a culture medium for induction and carrying out synchronous induction and proliferation culture until the explant sprouts and differentiates out a bud; sub-culturing until being proliferated to 3-4 folds, and then transferring to a rooting medium for rooting culture until 3-5 fine roots are grown at the base of a plant; conventionally hardening and then transplanting to a mixed substrate of humus soil, red soil and pearlite; and watering and fertilizing conventionally for growing to obtain the schlumbergera seedlings. In the method, key links in the whole production technical flow of the schlumbergera seedlings are optimized and integrated, the culture medium for induction is blended and bud induction and proliferation culture are carried out synchronously, thus simplifying tissue culture procedure and shortening breeding cycle; and only by adopting two types of the culture media, the bud can be directly formed without callus formation, thus reducing probability of variation occurred on an adventitious bud, effectively controlling generation of a variant strain, being capable of fixing and maintaining fine variety of the schlumbergera seedlings rapidly, improving seedling quality and solving the problems of complicated parental source and unstable quality of the seedlings produced by the conventional breeding system.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for rapidly multiplying the flower seedlings of Claw claw, which belongs to the field of biotechnology. Background technique [0002] Claw claw orchid is a succulent and succulent plant of the genus Crab claw orchid in the cactus family. It is an epiphytic type and is native to the tropical rainforest of eastern Brazil. Tender green, reddish stem nodes, round main stem, easy to lignify, many branches and expanding to the surrounding, resembling crab claws, leafy stems are flat and multi-noded, thick, oval, apex truncate, edge With coarse serrations. Flowers are born on the top of the stem, and the perianth is opened and rolled back. The flower colors include lavender, yellow, red, pure white, pink, orange and bicolor. Common cultivars are scarlet, pink, apricot yellow and pure white. Its flowers are brightly colored, densely packed and beautifully shaped. Crab claw orchids bloom just during Christmas and New Year's...
