Embodiment 1

[0015] Put 500 mL of trimethylamine solution with a mass percent concentration of 30% into a constant temperature water bath at normal temperature, add 0.5 g of tetrabutylammonium bromide, stir until tetrabutylammonium bromide is completely dissolved, then gradually add 213 g of n-hexane bromide dropwise, Keep the temperature constant at 36°C and continue stirring for 4 hours to synthesize a dye accelerator-hexyltrimethylammonium bromide with both hydrophobic hydrocarbon chains and cationic groups.

Embodiment 2

[0017] Put 800mL of trimethylamine solution with a mass percentage concentration of 30% in a constant temperature water bath at room temperature, add 1.0g of tetrabutylammonium bromide, stir until tetrabutylammonium bromide is completely dissolved, and then gradually add 600g of n-octane chloride dropwise , the temperature was kept constant to 36°C, and the stirring was continued for 5 hours, and the dye accelerator-octyltrimethylammonium chloride with both hydrophobic hydrocarbon chains and cationic groups was synthesized.

Embodiment 3

[0019] Put 800mL of trimethylamine solution with a mass percentage concentration of 30% in a constant temperature water bath at room temperature, add 1.0g of tetrabutylammonium bromide, stir until tetrabutylammonium bromide is completely dissolved, and then gradually add n-dodecyl chloride dropwise 820g, the temperature was constant to 36°C, and the stirring was continued for 5 hours to synthesize dodecyltrimethylammonium chloride cationic surfactant.

Abstract

The invention discloses an application of quaternary ammonium salt organic compound as a natural fibre and fabric accelerant. In the traditional dyeing technology of natural fibre and fabric thereof, a small quantity of quaternary ammonium salt organic compound is added to serve as accelerant to ensure that the mass percent concentration thereof is 0.1-0.5%; thus, the dye-uptake rate and the color fixation rate of dye can be greatly improved; salt is not used during dye-uptake, the dye-uptake rate can reach 95.0-99.5%, and the color fixation rate can be above 90%. The application not only can greatly improve the utilization ratio of dye, but also can lower dying waste water pollution.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of dyeing and finishing, in particular to the use of quaternary ammonium salt organic compounds as dyeing accelerators for natural fibers and fabrics. Background technique [0002] Natural fibers and their fabrics, such as cotton, hemp, silk, wool, etc., are traditionally dyed with direct dyes and acid dyes. The dyed fabrics have low color fastness and are easy to fade. With the invention of reactive dyes, the dye molecules react chemically with the groups on the fabric during dyeing, and the dye molecules are connected to the fabric in the form of covalent bonds, and the soaping fastness of the dyed fabric is greatly improved, reaching level 4 above. However, when the molecular design of reactive dyes is carried out, in order to easily wash off the floating color after dyeing, the molecular matrix of reactive dyes is small, and more ionic groups are introduced, which makes the water solubility of reactive ...
