Abstract

The invention relates to a high-energy additive. The formula of the high-energy additive comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 1 to 1.5 percent of polyoxyethylene alkyl phenyl ether, 1 to 1.5 percent of alkylphenol polyoxyethylene, 1 to 1.5 percent of peregal, 0.5 to 1 percent of triethanolamine, 0.5 to 1 percent of potassium hypermanganate, 78 to 55 percent of oil (such as diesel oil), and 16 to 38 percent of water. A process of the high-energy additive comprises the following steps of: putting each component into a stirrer in proportion; and stirring the components at aspeed of 6,000 to 9,000 revolutions per minute for 3 to 5 minutes to form a water-in-oil emulsion to obtain the finished product of the high-energy additive. The high-energy additive has the following advantages that: the water in an emulsified fuel is not merely common H2O, but the water dissolved with a high-energy substance which allows the water to have stronger explosive force when the wateris in combustion; an emulsifying agent has superior performance and allows emulsion beads to have smaller diameters, and most of the diameters reach 10 to 25 mum; the combustion is more complete; theenergy-saving and environmental protection effects are improved; the fuel saving ratio of an internal combustion engine can reach above 20 percent; the NOx and the Sox in exhausted gases are reducedby 30 to 70 percent; and the smoke intensity is reduced by 50 to 90 percent.
