Abstract

A biochemical chalk and a preparation method thereof belong to the field of environment-protection articles of culture and education. The biochemical chalk is prepared by the following main materials according to weight percentage: 52 to 56 percent of base material, 2 to 4 percent of zeolite powder, 2 to 4 percent of ledikite powder, 33 to 38 percent of titanium pigment and 1 to 3 percent of glycerin, wherein the base material comprises the following components according to mass percentage: 15 to 20 percent of surface active agent, 7 to 9 percent of essential oil, 1 to 2 percent of edible oil, 50 to 55 percent of paraffin, 1 to 2 percent of alcohol and 16 to 22 percent of vegetable palm oil. The preparation method comprises the steps of: preparing the base material by stirring and heating according to the components of the base material and weight percentage; preparing the materials of the biochemical chalk by stirring and heating according to the components of the materials and weight percentages; and finally injecting the materials into a steel mould, pressing, cooling and cutting the materials to obtain the finished product. When in use, the biochemical chalk avoids powder generation; and the handwriting can be cleaned by a wet cloth; the writing with the biochemical chalk is smooth and the clear. The biochemical chalk is prepared by easy-available and environment friendly materials and has simple preparation process and low preparation cost.
