The invention provides an environment-friendly and energy-efficient organic agricultural circulating system which integrates the production of series products, such as rice, grease, starch sugar, rice protein, active carbon and the like into a whole and particularly comprises the deep-processing procedures for the major agricultural produce, that is, rice, rice oddments or rice screenings, oil meal and rice hulls which are obtained by pre-treating rough rice, wherein, the intermediate products during the processing procedure of the rough rice can be complemented. The rice can be intensively processed into polished rice; the rice oddments or the rice screenings can be used for manufacturing the sugar and producing the rice protein; the oil meal can be used for producing rice bran oil by oil-processing; the rice hulls can be used for feeding in farms, fuel for boilers and extracting active carbon and white carbon black; and manure produced by the farm and waste liquid and waste residue generated by manufacturing the sugar can be used as the raw materials for a methane-generating pit, the liquid methane generated by fermentation can be used for fish-farming, the methane can be used for power generation, and the methane residue can be used as the organic fertilizers for farmland. By following the agricultural recycling economic principle, the invention makes full and reasonable use of natural resources, avoids the waste discharge, economizes on cost and maximizes the value of the rough rice.
