Embodiment 1

[0043]15.0 grams of ammonium heptamolybdate and 4.46 grams of telluric acid are dissolved in 69.2 grams of hot water to make solution (I); 3.06 grams of ammonium metavanadate are dissolved in 60.0 grams of hot water to make solution (II); Dissolve 5.78 grams of niobium oxalate in 16.0 grams of hot water to make solution (III); dissolve 2.32 grams of oxalic acid in 5 grams of water to make solution (IV). Solution (I) is joined in the solution (II) under stirring, then add solution (III) and solution (IV) successively, finally add 50 gram weight concentration and be 40% silica sol, make the slurry of catalyst, will The slurry was stirred and evaporated at 90°C until a viscous slurry was obtained, then dried, ground, and roasted in a nitrogen atmosphere at 600°C for 2 hours to obtain the propane ammoxidation catalyst Mo 1 V 0.31 Nb 0.22 Te 0.23 o x +50% SiO2 2 After tableting, 20-40 meshes were taken for fixed-bed microreflective evaluation.

Abstract

The invention provides a catalyst for ammoxidation of alkanes. The catalyst contains silicon dioxide carrier and a composite compound of the following formula in atomic ratio: MoVaNbTe<c>DdOx, wherein D is at least one selected from Sn, Ti, Fe, Bi, Sb and W. The catalyst mainly solves the problems of volatilization loss of Te, complicated preparation process, unstable production environment and poor catalyst stability due to volatilization of active components of the catalyst. In order to solve the problems in the prior art, the technical scheme is as follows: the catalyst contains a Mo-V-Nb-Te group as a major component; and a reducer is added in the preparation process to change the preparation environment, that is, the salts or the oxides of Mo and Te are dissolved firstly, then the salts or the oxides of V and Nb are added in the resulting solution, the required amount of the reducer is added to adjust the oxidation state, and finally the required amount of the silica sol is added. The catalyst has the advantages of excellent oxidation-reduction stability, low reaction temperature, clean reaction product and high yield, and is applied to the industrial production of unsaturated nitrile via ammoxidation of alkanes.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a catalyst for alkane ammoxidation reaction. Especially the catalyst for the ammoxidation of propane to acrylonitrile and the ammoxidation of isobutane to methacrylonitrile. Background technique [0002] Although most of the production of acrylonitrile currently adopts the propylene ammoxidation process of BP / Sohio, with the changes in the petrochemical market and the in-depth research on the selective oxidation of alkanes, due to the price difference between propane and propylene or the price of isobutane and isobutene The process route of producing acrylonitrile by propane ammoxidation or isobutane ammoxidation to methacrylonitrile has been paid more and more attention. [0003] In order to obtain a catalyst with high activity and high selectivity for the ammoxidation of propane to acrylonitrile, people have made a series of improvements through continuous exploration. Early attempts to develop an efficient process for the ...
