Problems solved by technology

But the problem that this method exists is: use chemical hydrolysis to prepare 1 ton of iminodiacetic acid and acidify with concentrated hydrochloric acid to produce at least 6 tons of waste water
[0021] At present, there is no report on biocatalytic hydrolysis of iminodiacetonitrile to produce glyphosate intermediate iminodiacetic acid at home and abroad

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for producing diglycolamidic acid, namely, the key intermediate synthesized by glyphosate through biological catalysis and a new strain used in the process. The method takes iminodiacetonitrile as a raw material and a microbial enzyme with nitrilase activity obtained from the fermentation culture of Alcaligenes faecalis ZJUTB10 as a catalyst and obtains the diglycolamidic acid as a product by going through hydrolysis reaction under certain condition. The beneficial effects of the method are mainly reflected by little waste water produced during the reaction process, little pollution, mild reaction conditions, low energy consumption, high conversion rate and high yield and being easy for industrialized production.

Description

(1) Technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for preparing iminodiacetic acid by catalyzing the hydrolysis of iminodiacetonitrile by microorganisms, and a new bacterial strain used in the preparation process—Alcaligenes faecalis ZJUTB10. (2) Background technology [0002] Glyphosate, English name Glyphosate, trade name Roundup, Nongle, etc., molecular formula C 3 h 8 NO 5 P, molecular weight 169.08, white solid in appearance, insoluble in organic solvents, is a post-emergence systemic non-selective high-efficiency broad-spectrum herbicide, by dissolving the waxy layer on the leaf diameter surface of weeds, the drug effect quickly enters the plant conduction system It has the characteristics of broad-spectrum, low toxicity, no residue, systemic conduction, and excellent killing property. It has no selectivity for plants. Generally, all green plants, whether they are crops or weeds, can be used as medicine. was killed thereafter. In recent years, glyphosate...
