Abstract

The present invention discloses high-strength grouting material containing ultra-fine powder and a method for producing the high-strength grouting material containing the ultra-fine powder, which comprises the components by weight: 15 to 21 percent of sulphoaluminate cement, 5 to 9 percent of ultra-fine inert powder, 6 to 10 percent of ultra-fine active powder, 0.1 to 0.4 percent of water-reducing agent,0.01 to 0.03 percent of thickening agent, 52 to 67 percent of building sand and 12 to 18 percent of mixing water. The present invention adopts the sulphoaluminate cement as the main gelled material to be mixed with appropriate ultra-fine powder materials as well as less organic compound, thereby being characterized in flat shift, vibro-free, early strength, high strength, micro inflation, abrasion resistance, good plasticity preservation and aging resistance as well as multiple use functions and simple operation and wide application.
