Abstract

The invention relates to a catalyst used for removing organic chloride in hydrocarbons. The catalyst is composed of 5-40 percent of active compositions and 95 percent-60 percent of carriers, which are calculated according to total weight of the total catalyst. The catalyst is prepared through the following three steps: 1) the catalyst carriers are dipped into aqueous solution with the active compositions for 2-20 hours; 2) the catalyst dipped in the step 1) is dried for 1-24 hours at 20-150 DEG C; 3) the catalyst dried in the step 2) is roasted for 1-24 hours at 300-600 DEG C, and then the temperature thereof is cooled to room temperature. By adopting the catalyst, the removal rate of the organic chloride in oil products is more than 90 percent.

Description

field of invention [0001] The invention belongs to the field of refining hydrocarbons, and relates to a catalyst for removing organic chlorides in hydrocarbons and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] In the late stage of oilfield exploitation, in order to increase the output of oilfields, many oilfields use some additives containing organic chlorides to increase the oil recovery rate, thus increasing the chloride content in crude oil. The current crude oil electric desalting process can only remove most of the inorganic chlorides in crude oil, but cannot remove the organic chlorides in crude oil. As a raw material for ethylene production and catalytic reforming, naphtha is usually obtained by direct distillation of crude oil, or it can be obtained after hydrofinishing of secondary processed gasoline. The organic chlorides in crude oil, the remaining undecomposed organic chlorides enter the naphtha along with the distillate during the atmospheric and ...
