Abstract

The invention overcomes the shortcoming that the imaging is interfered because the present black material does not have enough blackness, and provides a mica-based ultra-black material which can improve the light absorption and decrease the light reflection of the material in particular to the light wave in visible light range, and a preparation method of the mica-based ultra-black material. The mica-based ultra-black material of the invention uses mica powder with granularity of 20 to 600 meshes as matrix, whose surface is coated uniformly with a nickel-phosphorous layer. The preparation method comprises pretreatment, sensitization, activation, reduction, chemical nickel phosphor plating and corrosion of the mica powder. The prepared mica-based ultra-black material is applied in coating material of the inner wall of an optical instrument lens tubes, a solar energy absorbing device and a shell coating, and can be used as a ultra-black paint to be used in dyeing and printing process of textile products.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an inorganic ultra-black material and its preparation method and application, in particular to a mica-based ultra-black material and its preparation method and application. Background technique [0002] The light-absorbing material coated on the inner wall of the lens barrel of various optical instruments will reflect the incident light to a certain extent, interfere with the incident light, and affect the clarity of imaging, which cannot meet the imaging requirements of high-precision optical equipment and instruments; in order to prevent the lens barrel from The inner wall reflects the incident light and interferes with the imaging results, so the optical equipment needs to absorb the light that hits the inner wall of the lens barrel as much as possible to minimize the reflection of light; and the original black light-absorbing material applied to the inner wall of the lens barrel cannot meet the needs . [0003] Mica is an ...
