Embodiment 1

[0033] Select non-rotten wheat straw, pulverize it through a pulverizer, pass through a 60-mesh sieve, take 500 g and place it in a carbonization furnace at a carbonization temperature of 430°C and a carbonization time of 100 minutes. The carbonized material and the activator KOH are mixed according to the mass ratio of 1:3. First, the activator is dissolved in water. The amount of water is calculated according to the solubility of the activator. After adding water, a saturated solution is formed, and then the aqueous solution of the activator is stirred with the carbonized material. Make it well mixed. Dry at a temperature of 110°C to remove water, and place it in an activation furnace for activation after drying. The temperature change curve of the whole process is shown in Fig. 1 . The temperature control adopts the method of combining high and low temperature, that is, the high temperature is 760°C for 30 minutes, and then the lower temperature is 680°C for 60 minutes. H...

Embodiment 2

[0038]Select non-rotten rice straw, pulverize it with a pulverizer, sieve it, place it in a carbonization furnace at a constant temperature of 320°C for 40 minutes, and then raise the temperature to 450°C for 2 hours for carbonization. The mass ratio of carbonized material and activator is 1:2, the activator is KOH and LiOH in a mass ratio of 5:1, the amount of water added is calculated according to the composition and solubility of the activator, and a saturated solution of the activator is formed after adding water , and then stir the activator solution and carbonized material to mix them evenly. Dry at 110°C to remove water, and place in an activation furnace at a constant temperature of 590°C for 120 minutes after drying. Take out the activated material, crush it, add water to dissolve, filter to remove the residual activator and reaction by-products, wash with dilute sulfuric acid to adjust the pH value to 5-7, dry at 80°C to remove surface moisture, and dry at 140°C to r...

Embodiment 3

[0040] The cotton stalks without rot and deterioration were selected, pulverized by a pulverizer, sieved, and placed in a carbonization furnace at a constant temperature of 430°C for 90 minutes for carbonization. The carbonized material and the activator are mixed in a mass ratio of 1:4.5, the activator is KOH and LiOH in a mass ratio of 4:1, the amount of water added is calculated according to the composition and solubility of the activator, and a saturated solution of the activator is formed after adding water. Stir the activator solution and carbonized material to make them evenly mixed. Dry at 110°C to remove water, and place it in an activation furnace at a constant temperature of 720°C for 70 minutes to complete the activation. Take out the activated material, crush it, add water to dissolve, filter to remove the residual activator and reaction by-products, wash with dilute sulfuric acid to adjust the pH value to 5-7, dry at 80°C to remove surface moisture, and dry at 14...

Abstract

The present invention discloses a method of preparing active carbon material used for organic super capacitor from straw, which is characterized in that the active carbon material used for organic super capacitor is obtained by the processing steps of drying, smashing, carbonising and activation, using crop straw as raw material. The active carbon of the present invention has a big specific surface area, and a specific capacitance of 232 F/g at 2 mv/s which is tested by circular volt-ampere test using an electrolyte of MeEt3NBF4/AN having a concentration of 1.2 mol/l, and is qualified as electrode material of organic super capacitor.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for preparing activated carbon electrode materials for organic supercapacitors. Background of the invention [0002] Supercapacitors, also known as electric double layer capacitors, are a new type of power electronic components. It mainly relies on the electric double layer formed between the electrode and the electrolyte interface to store energy by electrostatic charge, which overcomes the disadvantages of low specific energy of ordinary capacitors, and also overcomes the disadvantages of low specific power of batteries and the inability to discharge large currents. It is safe and reliable, has a wide range of applications, is green and environmentally friendly, and does not produce pollution. It has extremely important and broad application prospects in many fields such as information technology, electric vehicles, aerospace and national defense technology. [0003] Organic activated carbon-...
