Abstract

The vehicular motor for starting and producing electricity consists of stator, rotor, windings and drive controlling circuit. It features the rotor iron core comprising symmetrical permanent magnet with 2 or 3 pairs of slot wedge holes, cage-shaped winding guide strip, non-magnetic inner ring and shaft hole structure. The guide strip serves as starting winding for the starter, and the permanent magnet provides DC magnetic field to interact with the alternate magnetic field of the stator winding to produce torque. During producing electricity, the permanent magnetic rotor provides exciting magnetic field. The drive controlling circuit includes great-power switching transistor, inverter circuit, triphase bridge rectifier and automatic igniting switch. The vehicular motor is simple in structure and universal, has great output power and can prolong the service life of accumulator.
