Diver's flags are well known in the art and have a diagonal white stripe 10 and a red background 11. The flag 8 may be rigid to stay fully exposed. The buoy 1 includes a floatation device 14. The flag 8 may be mounted on a rod or mast 12, that in turn is mounted to the floatation device 14.

Abstract

A diver's buoy is provided. The buoy includes a floatation device that carries a display panel. A power source and light source are provided to increase visibility of the buoy. Stabilization devices may be provided to reduce pitching of the buoy to also improve visibility.
