Problems solved by technology

[0021] The disadvantage of the above migration process is: the whole migration process is more complicated
In order to ensure the delay of the handover process, during the migration process, the data in the source ERS, such as the UE context information it saves, cannot be transferred from the source ERS to the target ERS as in the lossless migration process, resulting in a large amount of data lost

Embodiment Construction

[0054] The present invention provides a wireless access network architecture and a method for realizing lossless migration of real-time services. The core of the present invention is that the distributed E_RLC protocol is used to replace UE context transfer, which simplifies the migration process.

[0055] The wireless access network architecture proposed by the present invention is a new two-layer node network architecture. This architecture redesigns the functions of ERS and IAGW of the existing two-layer node network architecture. details as follows:

[0056] The air interface protocol stack in ERS has evolved from the original MAC / RLC / PDCP to E-MAC (extended MAC) / distributed E-RLC (extended RLC), where E-MAC retains the original MAC layer functions. For data services carried in AM (Answer Mode) mode, the distributed E-RLC inherits the original ARQ (Automatic Repeat Request) function of the RLC layer to perform buffering and retransmission mechanisms to ensure the sequenti...

Abstract

The invention relates to a wireless access network and a method for realizing service non-damage transfer, wherein said network comprises physical node ERS (edge wireless base station), IAGW (IP access network gate), and relative distributed E_RLC (expanded wireless chain control layer) protocol. And the method comprises that: when UE working at AM (answer mode) is not switched, RRLC sends CRLC descending data via E_MAC layer to UE, UE sends ACK / NACK (answer / mistake answer) message to RRLC, via said message, ERS and IAGW will process; when UE has switched regions, and the target ERS has buildwireless chain with UE, UE sends all unsent ACK / NACK message to target ERS, via target ERS / IAGW to send the data in IAGW retransmit buffer to said UE. The invention can confirm the real-time propertyin UE switch, and realize non-damage transfer of service data between source base station and target base station.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of network communication, in particular to a wireless access network architecture and a method for realizing lossless migration of services. Background technique [0002] UMTS (Universal Mobile Telecommunications System, universal mobile communication system) is a third-generation mobile communication system that adopts WCDMA (Wideband Code Division Multiple Access, wideband code division multiple access) air interface technology, and UMTS system is usually called WCDMA communication system. The UMTS system adopts a system structure similar to that of the second generation mobile communication system, and its system structure is as follows: figure 1 shown. The system structure mainly includes RAN (Radio Access Network, wireless access network) and CN (Core Network, core network). Among them, RAN is used to handle all wireless-related functions, while CN handles all voice calls and data connections in the UMTS syste...
