Embodiment 1

[0017] Put 10mL NDA-18 into a glass adsorption column (Φ10×200mm). At room temperature (20-25°C), the oil-containing stock solution is passed through the resin bed at a flow rate of 40mL / h, and the processing capacity is 4000mL / batch. The oil content of the oily stock solution is 42.1mg / L, and the water produced by resin adsorption is 0.32mg / L.

[0018] Use 20mL of 5% NaOH aqueous solution and 30mL of tap water at a temperature of 30±2°C to desorb and regenerate the resin bed sequentially, with a desorption flow rate of 10mL / h. The desorption rate was 99.3%, and the oil recovery rate was 92.3%.

Embodiment 2

[0020] Other operating conditions are the same as embodiment 1, changing the resin bed desorption method. The regenerated resin bed was blown off with steam at a temperature of 130° C. and a steam pressure of 0.14 MPa, with a steam flow rate of 10 mL / h. The desorption rate is 99.6%, and the oil recovery rate is 91.2%.

Embodiment 3

[0022] Other operating conditions are the same as in Example 1. The oil-containing stock solution passes through the resin bed at a flow rate of 100 mL / h at 10° C. The treatment effect is as follows: the oil content of the oil-containing stock solution is 36.1 mg / L, and the resin adsorbed water is 0.56 mg / L.

Abstract

This invention discloses a high-efficiency method for adsorbing oil by resin. The method comprises: (1) passing crude oil-containing liquid at 10-40 deg.C and a flex of 2-15 BV / h through an adsorption column filled with oil-adsorbent resin to desorption agent, and condensing to obtain the oil product. The removal rate of the oil is higher than 98%, and the water after adsorption can be used in the next process. When resin NDA-18 is used, the oil-removing performance is stable, and desorption and regenearion are complete. The method has such advantages as simple process, large treatment quantity, high efficiency, high profit and no secondary pollution.

Description

1. Technical field [0001] The invention relates to a high-efficiency degreasing technology, in particular, it is a method for absorbing oil contained in a raw liquid by using a resin with a strong oil-absorbing function. 2. Background technology [0002] The current degreasing technologies mainly include biochemical method, air flotation method, membrane separation method, coarse granulation method and adsorption method. Biochemical method and air flotation method will produce secondary pollution during the treatment process, and the effluent oil content is relatively high, and follow-up processes are required. These shortcomings limit their popularization and application in deep oil removal. Membrane separation method has good degreasing treatment effect, but it is prone to membrane fouling, and the treatment capacity is small, so it is not suitable for large-scale wastewater treatment. [0003] The coarse-grained material used in the coarse-grained method reported in the ...
