The testing device includes microwave field strength probe, microwave field strength instrument and computer. The microwave field strength instrument consists of photoelectronic converting circuit, signal processing circuit and virtual oscillograph connected together. The microwave field strength instrument is connected to the probe with fiber and has output connected to the computer. The present invention can measure the peak field strength and average field strength of near radar field and the waveform of radar pulse.
