Problems solved by technology

This vanadium catalyst has the disadvantages of low activity, low mechanical strength, high wear and high reaction temperature.
A kind of cesium-containing vanadium sulfate catalyst disclosed by Chinese Patent Publication No. 1358569A has its superiority to reducing the temperature of conversion system, improving total conversion rate and sulfuric acid output, but because of its expensive price and will use a large amount of rare metal cesium , seriously restricting its scope of use and market demand

Abstract

The present invention discloses a kind of heteropoly acid containing P in phosphide, Mo in molybdic compound and Sn in stannide in the molar ratio of 0.21-1.24 to 0.1-0.36 to 0.05-0.19. The preparation process of the heteropoly acid includes preparing ammonium molybddophosphate with ammonium molybdate and phosphoric acid; and addition of potassium bistannite, sodium bistannite or stannous hydroxide. The heteropoly acid is carried onto diatomite or zeolite to form oxidizing catalyst suitable for use in SO2 concentration of 3-14 % and in 360-640 deg.c and reaching a total conversion rate of 99.5-99.8%. The catalyst has performance indexes near those of cesium-containing oxidizing catalyst and may be used to replace available cesium-containing oxidizing catalyst in sulfuric acid production.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a kind of heteropolyacid and its preparation method and application, especially a kind of heteropolyacid containing phosphorus, molybdenum and tin, and the method for preparing this heteropolyacid and the use of this heteropolyacid in the preparation of oxidation catalyst application. Background technique [0002] Heteropolyacids and heteropolyacids, as a new class of catalytic materials, have received extensive attention in the field of catalytic research due to their unique acidity, "quasi-liquid phase" behavior, and strong acidity and strong oxidizing properties at the same time. [0003] At present, there are many application examples of heteropolyacids as catalysts in organic reactions. For example, Chinese Patent Publication No. 1185992 discloses a composite catalyst and USP of silica-supported phosphotungstic acid and magnesium nitrate for the production of isobutylene by ether cracking. ...
