Ursolic acid distributed widely in plant has several bioactivities and obvious effect of killing and inhibiting deformed streptococcus, periodontal pathogenic bacteria and oral cavity tongue cancer cell. Therefore, it may be used as effective component in prepairng sanitary article, health product and disease treating medicine for oral cavity. The present invention opens a new way for oral health and oral disease treatment by using the rice plant resource.
