Abstract

The invention belongs to the field of application of new materials in the production and manufacturing industries of tires, automobiles and the like, and particularly relates to a white carbon black rubber composition for prolonging scorching time, a mixing method thereof and a tire. The invention relates to a white carbon black rubber composition capable of prolonging scorching time. The rubber composition is prepared by mixing the following raw materials: a basically unsaturated diene rubber elastomer; a reinforcing filler system comprising white carbon black; a mercapto silane coupling agent; the rubber composition further comprises the following raw materials: n-octyltriethoxysilane and 1, 6-bis (N, N-dibenzothiazole carbamyl disulfide)-hexane, and the rubber composition also comprises the following raw materials: n-octyltriethoxysilane and 1, 6-bis (N, N-dibenzothiazole carbamyl disulfide)-hexane. When the rubber composition is mixed, n-octyltriethoxysilane and 1, 6-bis (N, N-dibenzothiazole carbamyl disulfide)-hexane are added, so that other properties of the rubber composition are ensured, and meanwhile, the scorching problem of the rubber composition which takes white carbon black as a main filler and uses sulfydryl silane can be effectively improved.
