Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of a polylactic acid material toughened by modified epoxidized vegetable oil. Epoxidized vegetable oil directly modifies polylactic acid, and toughness and strength of the material cannot be considered at the same time. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, uniformly mixing an acrylamide solution with epoxidized vegetable oil, stirring until complete reaction, extracting reaction materials with ethanol, drying, removing a solvent, and purifying to obtain modified epoxidized vegetable oil; then adding polylactic acid, modified epoxidized vegetable oil and an initiator into a high-speed mixer, stirring and premixing; adding the mixture into a mixing mill for melt mixing to obtain a polylactic acid mixed material, and preparing a polylactic acid blending material product by utilizing the polylactic acid mixed material. According to the method disclosed by the invention, unsaturated double bonds are introduced into molecular chains of the epoxidized vegetable oil modified by acrylamide, so that the compatibility between the epoxidized vegetable oil and a polylactic acid matrix can be effectively improved. The polylactic acid blending material prepared by the method disclosed by the invention is better in mechanical property, the transparency of the polylactic acid is reserved, and the biodegradability is not influenced.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of new materials, and relates to a preparation method of a modified epoxidized vegetable oil toughened polylactic acid material with high light transmittance. [0002] technical background [0003] Polylactic acid (PLA) is a biodegradable polyester material with the advantages of non-toxic, harmless, good biocompatibility, and renewable. Although polylactic acid has so many advantages mentioned above, its inherent shortcomings such as high brittleness, high cost, and opaque toughening materials also greatly limit its development and application in industries such as packaging materials and agricultural films. On the premise of not affecting the biodegradability of the material, adding flexible polymer materials such as PBSU and PBAT to PLA can greatly improve its toughness and processing performance, and extrusion blow molding can be used to prepare various packaging materials. film. However, most biodegrad...
