The R-ketorolac is orally taken to inhibit pathological expansion of aorta and reduce the occurrence rate and death rate of the aortic dissection and aortic aneurysm; and the R-ketorolac can inhibit the occurrence of vascular wall inflammatory reaction, reduce rupture of aortic aneurysm bodies, inhibit the occurrence of hematoma in the inner wall of a lumen, maintain the integrity of vascular wall elastic fibers and treat the aortic dissection and aortic aneurysm.
