Abstract

The invention relates to a method for quantitatively detecting an iodine content in whole blood, urine or milk. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps: (1) processing a sample: sufficiently and uniformly mixing urine, whole blood or milk samples by using a mixer at a room temperature; taking a certain amount of sample, adding 8-12 times volume of diluent, and uniformly mixing; and (2) detecting on a machine: washing the needle with a 0.5-1.5% ammonia water solution, wherein the liquid forms aerosol in an atomizer filled with a gas. The method disclosed by the invention eliminates a matrix effect, realizes automatic detection, is high in detection speed, and is suitable for quantitative analysis of the iodine content in various sample types.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of detection, and mainly relates to a method for quantitatively detecting iodine content in whole blood, urine or milk. Background technique [0002] The detection methods of iodine mainly include arsenic-cerium catalytic spectrophotometry, gas chromatography, inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry and so on. Pretreatment methods mainly include wet digestion, dry ashing and microwave digestion. [0003] Arsenic-cerium catalytic spectrophotometry is a standard method for urine iodine analysis (WS / T107-1999), which is an analysis method established based on the selective absorption of light by substances. This method has high sensitivity and accurate results, but requires strict experimental conditions. For example, urine samples need to be digested with ammonium persulfate, which takes a long time, and the arsenic trioxide in the reagent is highly toxic, which is easy to pollute the environment and ca...
