Abstract

The invention discloses a storage and calculation integrated processor, a storage and calculation integrated processing system, a storage and calculation integrated processing device and an algorithm model deployment method based on the storage and calculation integrated processor. The storage and calculation integrated processor comprises a first main control unit and a plurality of memristor processing modules, the first main control unit is configured to be capable of scheduling and controlling the memristor processing modules, and the memristor processing modules are configured to be capable of performing calculation according to scheduling and control of the first main control unit. The plurality of memristor processing modules are further configured to be capable of performing communication for calculation without depending on the first main control unit. The memristor processing module in the storage and calculation integrated processor can perform calculation according to the scheduling and control of the first main control unit, and can perform communication for calculation without depending on the first main control unit, so that the storage and calculation integrated processor has a mixed scheduling structure integrating control flow and data flow, and therefore, the invention has high calculation efficiency while meeting the requirements of flexibility and universality.
