Abstract

A flue gas desulfurization unit comprises a flue gas washing section, a flue gas desulfurization section and a desulfurization liquid trapping section which are sequentially arranged from bottom to top. A flue gas denitration unit comprises a denitration section communicated with a desulfurization and demisting section, a denitration agent trapping section, a flue gas cooling section, a flue gas demisting section and a flue gas heating section which are sequentially arranged from bottom to top. Each of the desulfurization liquid trapping section and the denitration agent trapping section is independently provided with a silk screen filler layer, a liquid breaking disc, a gas rising cap, a flue gas rotation accelerating device, a high-pressure spraying device and a baffle plate in sequence from bottom to top. Gas rising holes are formed in the flue gas rotation accelerating devices, and the opening degrees of the gas rising holes are larger than or equal to 25% and smaller than 100%. By arranging the desulfurization liquid trapping section and the denitration agent trapping section, a desulfurization agent and a denitration agent entrained in flue gas can be effectively trapped and recycled, escape of the desulfurization liquid and the denitration agent and secondary pollution caused by escape of the desulfurization liquid and the denitration agent are reduced, and the emission concentrations of SO2 and NOx are low.
