The upper surface and the lower surface of the laser long-strip-shaped crystal are respectively combined with the bottom heat absorption surfaces of the two groups of snake-shaped micro-channel radiators; the snake-shaped micro-channel radiator is of a two-layer structure and comprises a micro-channel layer and a cover plate layer. The fluid working medium is overlapped with the laser long-strip-shaped crystal heat dissipation area for multiple times in the flowing direction, and the overall heat dissipation power is high. In the width direction of the laser long-strip-shaped crystal, the flowing directions of fluid working media in the upper snake-shaped micro-channel radiator and the lower snake-shaped micro-channel radiator are in a mutual countercurrent mode.
