Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects that the pravastatin is used for preventing or / and treating the intestinal ischemia reperfusion injury, actions of the drug are verified on a constructed classical intestinal ischemia reperfusion model, and a verification result displays that the pravastatin obviously improves intestinal ischemia reperfusion induced intestine tissue damage of a mouse, increases the survival rate of the mouse, inhibits expression of inflammatory factors, is remarkable in effect and low in side effect and is safe and non-toxic.
