The VSC-HVDC system adopts fuzzy PID inertial control and can be quickly adjusted according to parameter changes; and active output of the wind turbine generator is adjusted according to the control quantity, so that sudden change of power grid frequency is relieved to stabilize the power grid. A current instruction limiting unit VDCCOL is arranged in an outer ring active power controller of the VSC1 rectification converter.
