Embodiment 1

[0023] 1. Research object

[0024] A total of 1,047 overweight and obese patients and healthy volunteers with normal weight were selected from May 2008 to December 2019 in the Obesity Clinic of Shanghai Ruijin Hospital or hospitalized in the Department of Endocrinology and Metabolic Diseases. 75% of the enrolled patients were randomly selected by systematic sampling as the model building group (785 people in total), and the remaining 25% of the patients were model validation group (262 people in total). The average ages of the modeling group and the verification group were 24.0 and 24.5 years old, and the BMIs were 35.5±7.1 and 35.1±6.9kg / m 2 . BMI≥30kg / m in the study population 2 Obese patients accounted for 85.3%, of which BMI30-40kg / m 2 Obese patients accounted for 63.4%. The main purpose was to establish an estimation model applicable to obese patients and the distribution of BMI index was relatively concentrated. 9.6% of the population in this study were diabetics.

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for establishing a DI (Disposal Index) estimation model. The method comprises the following steps of: taking young obese crowds as modeling crowds, evaluating the relationship between Log (DI) and each index of a baseline in the modeling crowds by utilizing correlation analysis, screening DI-related variables in the modeling crowds according to single-factor regression analysis to enter multiple linear regression analysis, screening out four variables of fasting blood glucose FPG, fasting insulin FINS level, alanine aminotransferase ALT and systolic pressure SBP, and inputting the four variables into an equation, and establishing the DI estimation equation. The estimation model has a high degree of correlation with actually measured DI in modeling crowds and verification crowds, and has good discrimination and calibration degrees.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of diabetes prediction indicators, in particular to a method for establishing a disposition index DI estimation model. Background technique [0002] Type 2 diabetes is a common complication of obesity. Epidemiological studies show that as of 2013, the prevalence of diabetes in my country was as high as 10.9%, and the number of patients reached 116.4 million. Insulin secretion dysfunction and decreased insulin sensitivity are two main factors in the occurrence of type 2 diabetes. The latest prospective clinical study of our center found that the occurrence of diabetes in the Chinese population is attributed to: insulin resistance (24.4%) caused by obesity, and β-cell dysfunction (12.4%). Therefore, insulin sensitivity and insulin secretion function are important indicators to measure islet cell function and blood sugar regulation ability. [0003] Bergman et al. analyzed the multi-point plasma glucose and insulin co...
