The production process comprises the steps: 1, weaving of gray fabric: the gray fabric is formed by interweaving warp yarn and weft yarn, the warp yarn is cotton-chinlon covering yarn, and the weft yarn is cotton-spandex covering yarn; and 2, after-treatment: the gray fabric prepared in the step 1 is sequentially subjected to gray fabric shaping and finishing, singeing, desizing, alkali mercerizing, high-temperature shaping and shrink resistance to obtain the wear-resistant outdoor sportswear fabric. Thegray fabric of the wear-resistant outdoor sportswear fabric adopts the cotton-chinlon covering yarn as the warp yarn, and the outer layers of chinlon fibers are wrapped by cotton fibers, so that the wear-resistant outdoor sportswear fabric has the characteristics of comfortable surface layer, water absorption, air permeability, good inner layer elasticity, high strength and high wear resistance.
