Problems solved by technology

Unfortunately, although bone wax has the advantage of being able to physically fill hemostasis with arbitrary shaping, there are a series of problems such as not being able to stop bleeding during the operation, hindering bone healing after the operation, material displacement, and causing tissue infection.

Embodiment 1

[0021] A glue is chitosan-starch paste containing calcium chloride, B glue is a paste containing β-glycerophosphate sodium, sodium phosphate and hydroxycellulose; the concentration of chitosan in A glue paste is 3%, The concentration of calcium ions was 100 mM, the concentration of gelatinized starch was 10%, and the water used was deionized water. The concentration of sodium β-glycerophosphate in glue B is 2%, the concentration of hydroxymethylcellulose is 10%, and the concentration of phosphate ion is 60 mM. AB glue is packaged separately and UV sterilized.

[0022] When using, mix glue A and glue B in a syringe at a ratio of 1:1. The mixing effect is shown in the picture figure 1 Shown; Put the mixed gel further into deionized water, the effect is as follows figure 2 As shown, it can be seen from the figure that the AB glue still maintains a stable forming state in the liquid, indicating that the glue can maintain a stable structure and not collapse in the body fluid env...

Embodiment 2

[0025] A glue is a chitosan-starch paste containing calcium gluconate, B glue is a paste containing β-glycerophosphate sodium, sodium hydrogen phosphate and hydroxycellulose; the concentration of chitosan in A glue paste is 4% , the concentration of calcium ions was 200 mM, the concentration of gelatinized starch was 10%, and the water used was deionized water. The concentration of sodium β-glycerophosphate in glue B is 2%, the concentration of hydroxymethylcellulose is 15%, and the concentration of phosphate ion is 200 mM. AB glue is packaged separately and UV sterilized.

[0026] When using, mix A glue and B glue in a syringe at a ratio of 1:1 and then use it to fill the bleeding site. The clotting time of the material in vitro is 18 seconds, and the blocking effect is as follows: image 3 As shown, it can be seen that when AB glue is applied on the bleeding model, it can effectively block all kinds of bleeding wounds, and has a good hemostatic effect.

Abstract

The invention discloses AB glue for intraoperative bleeding arresting of a bone surgery. Glue A is chitosan-starch paste containing a water-soluble calcium salt, and glue B is paste containing sodiumbeta-glycerophosphate, water-soluble phosphate and hydroxymethyl cellulose. After substances of the glue A and the glue B are mixed, an in-situ reaction can occur to form gel, which can be randomly filled in a bone defect and shape in 20 minutes after implanting, and thus, the AB glue has bleeding arresting and osteogenesis functions and can be applied to the intraoperative bleeding arresting of the bone surgery instead of bone wax. Compared with the traditional bone wax, the AB glue has the advantages that besides reserving the characteristics of random filling and bleeding arresting, the ABglue further has the advantages of good biocompatibility, degradability and osteogenesis promoting; and meanwhile, due to design of tubes A and B, the long-term stability of the material is guaranteed.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of orthopedic biomaterials, in particular to an AB glue for hemostasis in orthopedic surgery. Background technique [0002] Bone tissue hemorrhage caused by capillary injury in the bone marrow cavity is a common symptom in brain surgery craniotomy, thoracic surgery, orthopedic open surgery, and car accidents, high-altitude falls and other fracture trauma. Since the cancellous bone at the bone marrow has the characteristics of loose structure and rich blood supply, once bone tissue bleeding occurs in this part, it is difficult to stop the bleeding by vasoconstriction, and it is also impossible to use electrocoagulation, forceps, hemostatic gauze, gelatin sponge packing, etc. Clinical routine hemostasis methods to effectively stop bleeding. [0003] In response to this problem, bone wax is generally used to fill the cracks and sinusoids of the wound in the current clinical practice, to block the capillary ble...
