According to the adjustment method, through grading adjustment, the air volume ratio of each pipeline is adjusted to meet a requirement, and the tedious steps of traditional manual wind power balance adjustment are reduced; meanwhile, manual expenditure for adjusting the windpower balance of an air conditioner is saved for an owner; and besides, the problem of wind power imbalance of an air conditioning wind system is solved, the problem of complaining of tenants (customers) caused by non-uniform heat and cold at the tail end of the air conditioner is solved, and a key effect is achieved on saving energy during operation of the air conditioner for the owner.
