Embodiment 1

[0031] Install 1 ton of HZSM-5 catalyst in the catalytic tower, and 2 tons of ZnO catalyst in the decolorization and filtration tower. Control the feed flow rate of the oil product to 400kg / h, sequentially pass through the primary heating furnace of the distillation tank for heating and dehydration at 250°C, and then enter the distillation tank and use the secondary heating furnace to heat at 360°C for gasification treatment. After catalytic cracking by the catalytic tower, pickling with sulfuric acid and neutralization with caustic soda are carried out to obtain neutral oil. Then, after decolorization treatment, the refined oil is obtained. At this time, the oil appears light yellow or yellow-green. After testing, the sulfur content of the obtained refined oil decreases from 0.84wt% to 0.13wt%.

[0032] It can be clearly seen from the foregoing Example 1 that the efficient non-hydrogenation desulfurization method of the present invention can achieve effective sulfur content r...

Abstract

The invention provides a brand-new efficient non-hydrodesulfurization method for oil obtained after pyrolysis of waste tires. The method comprises the following steps: (1) pretreating the oil obtainedafter pyrolysis of waste tires, and separating the waste oil based on different proportions of oil, water and slag to obtain a light oil component; (2) preheating the obtained light oil component, subjecting the light oil component to heat exchange and dehydration through a tubular heat exchanger, enabling an oil product obtained after heat exchange and dehydration to enter a distillation tank, performing cyclic heating and deep dehydration through a primary heating furnace, and controlling a temperature to be 200-250 DEG C; (3) carrying out catalytic cracking reaction, namely feeding a preheated raw material into a distillation tank, heating the raw material to 330-360 DEG C by virtue of a secondary heating furnace, feeding oil gas generated by cyclic heating into a catalytic tower, carrying out catalytic reaction by virtue of a catalyst, feeding a reaction product into a fractionating tower, respectively the reaction product feeding into heat exchangers for condensation, and feedingcooled product oil into a semi-finished oil tank; and (4) conveying a refined oil product from the semi-finished oil tank to a stirring tank, adding sulfuric acid, conducting continuous stirring, conducting standing and settling to remove acid sludge after sufficient stirring, adding alkali liquor according to a certain proportion for neutralization, carrying out full stirring and settling to discharge alkali residues, conducting decolorizing through a decolorizing and filtering tank, and feeding the oil product into a finished product oil tank. According to the non-hydrodesulfurization method, high-quality desulfurized light oil can be obtained, equipment investment and operation cost are greatly reduced, and catalyst cost is relatively low after continuous and stable operation is realized.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a high-efficiency desulfurization method for waste tire pyrolysis oil, especially the desulfurization of uncondensed pyrolysis oil, which greatly reduces process energy consumption. Background technique [0002] With the development of the economy and the prosperity of the automobile industry, cars have entered thousands of households, and the output of waste tires is also increasing. At present, the accumulated amount of waste tires in various countries in the world has reached 3 billion, and it continues to grow at a rate of 1 billion per year. Therefore, how to use waste tires rationally and efficiently has become an issue of widespread concern in society. Pyrolysis is the last step in the recycling of waste tires and an important means to "eat and squeeze" waste tires. In order to improve the level of comprehensive utilization of waste tires and realize the recycling of resources, the Ministry of Industry and Information ...
