Problems solved by technology

However, the existing technology is often only applicable to waste fiber spinning with a single component or similar components.
For waste blended fiber spinning products containing many different components, especially when a variety of synthetic chemical fibers contain a large proportion (more than 20%) of cotton and hemp components, it is difficult to effectively recycle them by existing processes

Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of solid waste comprehensive utilization, and particularly relates to a waste garment waste fiber spinning recycling manufacturing process. The process specifically comprises the following steps: (S1) pretreatment: spinning and crushing waste fibers by using a crusher, and removing metal by using a magnetic separator, wherein the waste fiber spinning comprises waste clothes; (S2) mixing: blending 100 parts by weight of the pretreated waste fiber spinning chips, 3-9 parts by weight of a flexibilizer, 4-8 parts by weight of a plasticizer and 6-20 parts by weight of a compatilizer; (S3) bulk mixing and banburying: loading the blend into a banbury mixer for banburying; (S4) extruding and granulating: preparing the mixed material into granules by using an extruding and granulating machine; and (S5) product manufacturing and molding: manufacturing and molding according to the shape of the required product by using an extrusion or mold pressing process. The process is reasonable in step, easy and convenient to operate, wide in raw material source, low in cost, high in adaptability to raw material and capable of adapting to synthesis of complexraw material blended by chemical fibers and cotton and linen. Various products with different shapes and excellent performance can be conveniently prepared by the manufacturing process disclosed by the invention.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of solid waste comprehensive utilization, and more specifically relates to a recycling and utilization manufacturing process of waste clothing and fiber spinning. Background technique [0002] With the improvement of people's living standards, the number of waste fiber spinning products that our country eliminates every year is increasing year by year, such as waste clothes. These waste fiber spinning products are usually waste blended fiber spinning, and its composition is complex, including all kinds of synthetic fibers and a certain proportion of natural fibers, which brings great troubles to recycling. Traditional disposal methods mostly use direct burial, which not only causes environmental pollution, but also wastes resources. How to promote the comprehensive utilization of solid waste has always been a difficult problem. [0003] In recent years, with the continuous strengthening of my country's env...
