Problems solved by technology

[0005] The technical problem solved by the present invention: at present, the research on camptophyllum mainly focuses on its anti-cancer mechanism, but the research on geographical distribution prediction, climate suitable range and other aspects is still blank, resulting in that the distribution range of camptophylla has not been recorded in detail. The cultivation of plantations and the development and utilization of high-quality germplasm resources are limited. Most of the existing niche models are widely used in predicting the potential distribution of species. However, the above-mentioned models using potential predictors are not stable and the prediction effect is not ideal.

Abstract

The invention discloses a camptotheca acuminate distribution prediction method based on MaxEnt and ArcGIS. The camptotheca acuminate distribution prediction method comprises the steps of screening outimportant ecological factors from climate variables and soil variables; utilizing a MaxEnt model to predict potential distribution of the camptotheca acuminate only under the climate simulation condition and only under the soil simulation condition under the current and future climate scenes, and obtaining a climate and soil dual-adaptive region through layer superposition; and finally, predicting and quantifying changes of the camptotheca acuminate in a climate and soil double-height suitable habitat range under different climate change scenes. The construction is performed for the climate and soil environment of the camptotheca acuminate, and high-correlation variables are moved again, so that the influence of colinearity on the model precision is reduced. And layers of the two models are superposed, so that the influence of colinearity of climate and soil ecological factor variables on potential distribution of the camptotheca acuminate is avoided. Therefore, the limiting effect ofthe soil factor and the climate factor can be expressed more accurately.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of plant potential distribution prediction, and in particular relates to a method for predicting the potential distribution of medicinal plant camptophyllum based on MaxEnt and ArcGIS. Background technique [0002] Camphor tree is a plant of the genus Campylodontaceae in the blue fruit tree family. It is also known as Eclipta, water chestnut, and water tung tree. It is a fast-growing tree species in warm places. It likes light and is not resistant to cold and dryness. It needs moist, fertile and deep soil. Camptothecin extracted from camptothecin fruits, roots, bark, branches, leaves and other organs is the only inhibitor of topoisomerase I found so far. It has broad-spectrum anticancer activity and can be used for gastric cancer, rectal cancer, etc. Cancer), chronic myeloid leukemia and acute lymphoblastic leukemia, choriocarcinoma, lymphosarcoma, etc. After entering the 1990s, countries such as the United...
