Embodiment Construction

[0033] The present invention will be described in further detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

[0034] This example discloses a composite micro-nanoparticle formula, which can be used for tooth restoration, treatment, oral care and restoration products such as toothpaste, bleaching cream, and ointment. As shown in the figure, it can effectively promote tooth remineralization and achieve Enamel epitaxy grows to achieve the beneficial effect of repairing tooth enamel. When used as a toothpaste formula, it includes composite micro-nano particles; the composite micro-nano particles are calcium phosphate nanospheres, calcium phosphate microspheres, calcium fluoride microspheres, calcium hydroxide particles; toothpaste also contains abrasives, humectants, surface Active agents, thickeners, sweeteners, preservatives, as well as colors, flavors, complex micro-nano particles, arginine and glycerin.

Abstract

The invention provides a composite micro-nano particle formula applied to the fields of dental restoration and toothpaste formulas. A composite micro-nano particle material consists of multiple particles, including calcium phosphate nanospheres (nano-CaP), calcium phosphate microspheres (micro-CaP), calcium fluoride microspheres (CaF2) and calcium hydroxide particles (Ca(OH)2). The multi-particlesystem can adapt to various oral environments caused by acid beverages. Under a damp tooth surface microenvironment, the composite micro-nano particle material can release calcium, phosphate, fluorineions and hydroxide ions so as to promote remineralization of teeth. Exposed dentinal tubules can be sealed, and enamel caries can be restored by epitaxial crystal growth after remineralization. Microstructural analysis conducted through focused ion beam (FIB) cutting and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) examination indicates that the treatment can cause seamless growth of enamels, so that the composite micro-nano particle material can have good effects on enamel mineralization and restoration.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a kind of toothpaste formula, more specifically it relates to a kind of preparation method and experiment method of composite micro-nano particle toothpaste. Background technique [0002] Dentin sensitivity is a recognized public health problem worldwide and has a great impact on patients' quality of life. Defective enamel or receding gums expose dentin, which in turn leads to hypersensitivity. Treatment of dentin sensitivity can be classified as invasive or non-invasive. Invasive treatments include gum surgery, resin application, extraction, or laser therapy. The first non-invasive treatment usually uses topical medications and dentifrices containing desensitizing products such as potassium nitrate that block synapses between nerve cells and reduce nerve excitation. It takes at least two weeks to see relief from dentin hypersensitivity symptoms when used twice daily, and four to eight weeks to show significant relie...
