Problems solved by technology

The decolorization process refers to the binder made by blending and modifying chemical materials such as petroleum resin and SBS modifier. The raw material cost of the colored asphalt prepared is high and the consumption is large, the processing procedure is complicated and the processing cost is high; The surface spraying spraying agent is used to change the color of the pavement, and the follow-up observation of the colored pavement using the mixed process found that the colored pavement has poor performance in terms of skid resistance, wear resistance, and color retention
The reason: first of all, the current color spraying on the market is mixed with carbon black, and carbon black is often used as a lubricant, which will reduce the skid resistance of the colored pavement when used in the paint
Secondly, the sprayed color pigments fill the open gaps of the road surface, reducing the depth of the road surface structure, thereby reducing the anti-skid performance of the road surface
Finally, the polishing value of the stone is small. During the road use, the surface texture of the stone is polished, and the color spray is also worn away, resulting in serious loss of color pavement spray and poor color retention.

Embodiment 1

[0036] In order to verify the feasibility of the present invention, an embodiment of anti-slip and wear-resistant colored asphalt concrete is provided here.

[0037] Step 1, preparing steel slag asphalt mixture. Prepare the following raw materials, based on 100 parts of total weight, the weight ratio of each raw material is as follows: 5 parts of asphalt, 28 parts of steel slag, 58 parts of crushed stone (20 parts of 0-3mm crushed stone, 10 parts of 3-5mm crushed stone, 28 parts of 5-10mm gravel), 9 parts of mineral powder. Among them, SBS asphalt is selected as asphalt; electric furnace slag with a particle size of 5-10mm is screened by shaking method for steel slag; limestone is used for 0-3mm crushed stone, and basalt is selected for 3-5mm and 5-10mm crushed stone. Raise the temperature of asphalt to 160-170°C and maintain for 4-6 hours; raise the temperature of stone materials to 170-180°C, raise the temperature of steel slag to 180-200°C, and maintain for 5-8 hours; Pre...

Embodiment 2

[0042] In order to verify the skid resistance of the present invention's anti-skid, wear-resistant colored asphalt concrete, it is necessary to measure BPN, that is, to evaluate the road surface skid resistance with a pendulum instrument, the larger the BPN, the stronger the road surface skid resistance, and the smaller the BPN. The weaker the anti-slip ability of the road surface. First, with reference to Example 1, form anti-skid, wear-resistant colored asphalt concrete and ordinary colored asphalt concrete, wherein the 5-10 mm gravel of ordinary colored asphalt concrete is basalt gravel, and 2% carbon black is used in the coating without adding steel slag and rock asphalt. Secondly, refer to the "Test Method for Measuring Pavement Friction Coefficient with Pendulum Instrument" in "Highway Subgrade Pavement Field Test Regulations" (JJG E60) to measure BPN, and compare the difference in anti-skid ability. Finally, the material differences between ordinary asphalt concrete an...

example 3

[0049]In order to verify the wear resistance of the anti-skid, wear-resistant colored asphalt concrete of the present invention, the anti-skid, wear-resistant colored asphalt concrete and ordinary colored asphalt concrete formed in Example 2 are used to carry out comparative tests. Carry out the rutting test (temperature is 20°C, compaction time is 2h) in the method of "Asphalt Mixture Rutting Test" (JTG E20-2011). "Test Method for Measuring Pavement Friction Coefficient with Pendulum Instrument" in "Measurement of Pavement Friction Coefficient" was used to measure BPN, and compare the difference in anti-skid ability after rutting wear. The table below shows the test results.

[0050] Table 3 Test results of BPN pendulum value after rutting wear

[0051]

[0052] As can be seen from Table 3, the BPN of the anti-skid and wear-resistant colored asphalt concrete of the present invention is always higher than the BPN of the ordinary colored asphalt concrete without steel slag;...

Abstract

The invention discloses anti-skid and wear-resistant colored asphalt concrete. The asphalt concrete is prepared from, by weight, 5-7 parts of asphalt, 4-63 parts of steel slag, 25-75 parts of broken stone and 7-11 parts of mineral powder, totaling 100 parts. Color coating comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30-40 parts of epoxy resin, 25-30 parts of a curing agent, 2-10 parts ofa coloring agent, 1-3 parts of rock asphalt, 20-30 parts of TiO2, 6-10 parts of a diluent, 5-10 parts of water, 4-6 parts of a dispersing agent and 0.2-2.0 parts of an emulsifier, based on 100 parts. The concrete is uniformly sprayed with 1.1-2.0 kg / m<2> of the coating to finish the preparation. The rock asphalt, steel slag and other materials are utilized to prepare the colored asphalt concrete, thereby enhancing the skid resistance, wear resistance and color retention capacity of the product. The colored asphalt concrete is suitable for road sections with anti-skid and color induction requirements, such as bus lanes.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of road engineering and relates to an anti-skid and wear-resistant colored asphalt concrete. Background technique [0002] Build colored asphalt pavement on special road sections such as bus lanes, road intersections, and landscape roads to guide traffic and beautify the landscape. At present, the types of colored asphalt pavement in the domestic market are generally divided into two categories: decolorization process (colored asphalt) and mixed process (color spraying.) [1] . The decolorization process refers to the binder made by blending and modifying chemical materials such as petroleum resin and SBS modifier. The raw material cost of the colored asphalt prepared is high and the consumption is large, the processing procedure is complicated and the processing cost is high; Surface spraying spraying agent is used to change the color of the pavement. Tracking and observation of the colored pavement using the mixed ...
